Privacy Policy

Indiana Quality Solution Corp ("we," "us") operates iqsbooster.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is protected.

1. What we collect

  • Account data: name, business email, company, phone (optional), payment method via Stripe.
  • Usage data: searches performed, exports run, IP address, browser, timestamps.
  • Cookies: a session cookie for authentication and a Stripe cookie for fraud prevention. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
  • Public carrier data displayed in the Service is sourced from FMCSA, USDOT, Census Bureau, BLS, FRED, EIA, NHTSA, and other US government data sources. We do not collect or store private information about motor carriers beyond what is publicly published by these agencies.

2. How we use it

  • To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
  • To process payments via Stripe (we never store your card number; Stripe is the processor).
  • To send transactional email (receipts, renewal reminders, security alerts).
  • To enforce the Subscription Agreement and respond to abuse.
  • We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

3. Subprocessors

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Vercel — application hosting and CDN.
  • Supabase — database and authentication.
  • Resend — transactional email.
  • Cloudflare — DNS and DDoS protection.

4. Retention

Account data is retained for the life of the Subscription Term plus thirty (30) days, then deleted on request or automatically purged. Aggregate, de-identified usage logs may be retained indefinitely for capacity planning. Stripe transaction records are retained per Stripe's policy.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time by using the contact form at iqsbooster.com/contact. California residents have rights under CCPA; EU/UK residents under GDPR. We will respond within thirty (30) days.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256 via subprocessor disk encryption). Access to production systems is limited to Indiana Quality Solution Corp personnel under a need-to-know policy. We do not transmit your data to any country outside the United States without your consent.

7. Children

The Service is for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced by email at least seven (7) days before they take effect.
