These Terms of Service govern public use of the iqsbooster.com website. Paid use of the Service is additionally governed by the Subscription Agreement, which controls in case of conflict.

By accessing iqsbooster.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The marketing site is provided for informational purposes. You may view, link to, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, frame, or republish the site's content without prior written consent from Indiana Quality Solution Corp.

All content, design, and code are © 2026 Indiana Quality Solution Corp unless otherwise noted. "IQS Booster" is an unregistered trademark of Indiana Quality Solution Corp. Public US government data referenced on the site is in the public domain and is not claimed by Indiana Quality Solution Corp.

Nothing on iqsbooster.com constitutes insurance underwriting, legal, or financial advice. The Service is a software tool; you remain solely responsible for your business decisions.

5. Disclaimers

The site is provided AS IS without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

Indiana Quality Solution Corp's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). For paid Subscribers, the Subscription Agreement's liability cap controls.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Disputes are resolved per Section 10 of the Subscription Agreement (binding arbitration in Marion County, Indiana, with class-action waiver).
